Wednesday 07 December

The launch of the first Printworks music series will take place on the 4th February. A mammoth back-to-back performance, between Seth Troxler, Loco Dice and The Martinez Brothers will inaugurate the series, finally bringing the former press halls to life.
Seth’s DJ career started in Detroit in 2002 at the age of 16 as a frequent DJ at Detroit club The Works and as a clerk at Detroit’s famous Melodies and Memories record store. Seth has a long history with both Loco Dice and The Martinez Brothers, performing alongside both separately on numerous occasions. However, it’s an extraordinary rarity to see all three together.
William Djoko will be providing support in the main room. The Dutch, former Trouw resident has been making waves on the current continental circuit. His vibrant appearance shows he’s a entertainer par excellence; Djoko is able to grab the attention of his audience instantly thanks to an unbridled onstage enthusiasm.
Providing the soundtrack in Room 2 is London’s own party starters Krankbrother, alongside one of the capital’s true veterans Geddes. Faces head-honcho G. Walker will provide support with plenty more names to be added.
Printworks’ cavernous, industrial press halls will also welcome a succession of club culture’s leading figures with the likes of Daphni, Nina Kraviz, Seth Troxler, Maya Jane Coles, Luciano, Adam Beyer and more, set to headline a genre-spanning programme of events for Issue 001.

Thursday 01 December

December begun with Project Pogba arriving at Printworks London with adidas. The man himself, Paul Pogba, was choppered in from Manchester, and joined by the night’s hosts Stormzy and Radio 1Xtra DJ, Twin B.
Guests ranged from adidas Tango Squad members and the UK’s freshest young talent through to YouTube big hitters, all making their way to the secret venue for the start of the Ace 17 campaign trail, from the famous brand with three stripes.
The football mad guests tested the new Red Limit models with interactive challenges, The Street, The Cage and The Stadium, all taking place in the curated event spaces of this old printing factory which included the cavernous Press Hall.
The event was a strong showcase of everything the Three Stripes stands for and its creative drive both on-and-off the field. #NEVERFOLLOW.
