How do I get to Printworks?
By Underground and Overground: Canada Water (Jubilee Line and Overground), then a 5 minute walk Rotherhithe (Overground), then a 10 minute walk Surrey Quays (Overground), then a 10 minute walk. By Bus: Numbers 381, P12, 47, 188 and C10 stop near the venue. By Rail: London Bridge (5 minutes via taxi).
What's the best way to travel home from Printworks?
When leaving the venue, please consider our neighbours and leave the venue quietly. The Jubilee Line runs 24 hours on Friday and Saturday nights from Canada Water. We have a designated pick up point on site for Uber and private hire cars, and a taxi rank. Printworks provides no public parking.
What accommodation is available near the venue?

What should I do if I feel unwell at Printworks?
Please make a member of staff aware and they will direct you to the Welfare and Medic Area. We have a dedicated Welfare and Medical area on site should you feel unwell. Regardless of the cause of your ill-health, our staff are trained to be non-judgemental with your well being placed with the utmost importance. Please let a member of staff know you feel unwell.
Someone at the venue is making me feel uncomfortable. What should I do?
Your safety and comfort during your visit to Printworks is our absolute priority. Should anyone make you feel uncomfortable at any time, please talk to any member of staff. We have fully trained teams on site who will be able to respond to your situation sensitively and appropriately.
What is Printworks' safety policy?
Whilst at Printworks, you must always observe any safety announcements that are made. Anyone throwing objects, including food or drink containers etc., will be removed from the venue without a refund. Crowd surfing and moshing are strictly prohibited. Certain areas of the venue may have specific capacity requirements. In these circumstances, one in one out policy will be put in place. Many items are prohibited from being brought to Printworks. Please observe our Venue Rules for more information on this.
Can I bring my prescription medicine to Printworks?
Yes. However, this will be held by our medics until you leave the venue. If you have any specific reasons for bringing Prohibited Items into the venue (for example, because you have a dietary or medical condition), please contact us prior to the event on info@printworkslondon.co.uk.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

What is Printworks' entrance policy?
  • All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.
  • Searching is a condition of entry to protect your safety and that of other visitors.
  • All persons entering the venue are also governed by the licence conditions and are liable for searches by security staff.
  • Full body and bag searches will be carried out before entry is granted. Any refusal by the ticket holder to comply with such searches may result in refusal of admission and eviction from the venue without refund or compensation.
What is Printworks' re-entry policy?
Printworks operates a no re-entry policy. Once you have left the venue, re-admittance will not be permitted.
What is Printworks' drug policy?
  • Printworks operates a strict zero tolerance drugs policy. Searches will be in operation and this is a condition of entry to the venue.
  • Any customer concerned over any part of the search will be discussed individually and the process explained by staff. The customer can refuse and leave the venue at any point should they not wish to continue with the search.
  • Anyone found in possession of illegal substances will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution.
  • We reserve the right to pass your details to the relevant authorities should we consider an offence or criminal act has taken place.
When is last entry to Printworks shows?
Most shows at the venue have a last entry time. Please observe this before buying your ticket, as we cannot guarantee entry after last entry.
What are Printworks' age restrictions?
Age restrictions vary from event to event – please check the event listing before buying your ticket and ensure you bring ID with you (please note, we only accept valid passports, foreign national ID cards, driving licences or Home Office approved PASS cards as identification and/or proof of age). In the case of 14+ shows, children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over (subject to a maximum number of 4 children per adult).
What forms of ID do you accept?
We only accept a valid passport, foreign national ID cards, driving license or home office approved PASS hologram as identification and/or proof of age. If there is a name on your ticket, you must provide valid photographic ID to match this name.
What is your ticketing policy?
  • All tickets will be checked and scanned on entry.
  • Tickets can either be printed or, in the case of e-tickets, displayed on your mobile.
  • Please bring a valid form of photographic ID with you to the event (please note, we only accept valid passports, foreign national ID cards, driving licences or Home Office approved PASS cards as identification and/or proof of age).
  • If there is a name on your ticket, you must provide valid photographic ID to match this name.
  • Any fake, invalid or duplicate tickets will be rejected.
  • Please ensure that you purchase your ticket(s) from an authorised ticket agent. Authorised ticket agents vary from show to show – please check with the promoter of the show you’re interested in to see if a particular agent is authorised.
I cant find my ticket/ticket confirmation, what should I do?
Please email your ticket provider, as this will vary from show to show.
What is Printworks' bag policy?
We have lockers on site that are available at a cost, however, we advise you not to bring large bags.
Can I bring my own food and drink to Printworks?
No food can be brought into Printworks, but we have great food traders (including vegetarian options) and bars within the venue.
Are there any prohibited items I'm not allowed to bring to Printworks?
  • Please note you are NOT permitted to take any of the following items into the venue: illegal substances; legal highs or any other psychoactive substances; food; any form of liquid (including drinks and perfume); chewing gum; bottles; weapons; ammunition; explosives; horns; whistles; drums; fireworks; or any other article which may be used as a weapon or missile, or which may, in our reasonable opinion, cause danger or disruption to visitors at the venue (regardless of whether or not such item is illegal or is carried for specific purposes).
  • We reserve the right to confiscate any Prohibited Items. Anyone found in possession of such items will be refused admission, ejected from the venue and may also be liable for prosecution. No refunds will be given to customers who are refused admission due to possession of Prohibited Items.
  • If you have any specific reasons for bringing Prohibited Items into the venue (for example, because you have a dietary or medical condition), please contact us prior to the event on info@printworkslondon.co.uk.
  • Animals, with the exception of guide dogs, are not permitted in the venue.

FACILITIES AT PRINTWORKS

Is drinking water available at Printworks?
You can ask for free drinking water at any of the bars located within the venue.
Does Printworks have cloakroom facilities?
Printworks has lockers which can be used for a fee and deposit. These are accessible throughout the day, so if you are bringing any valuables with you we recommend you store them in our secure lockers.
I've lost something. Who can I get in contact with?
Please email info@printworkslondon.co.uk with “Lost Property” in the subject headline, with a clear description of your lost item, and the show at which you misplaced your item.
Can I smoke at Printworks?

Within the designated outside smoking areas, yes.

If you are caught smoking anywhere except for the designated outdoor smoking areas, you will be ejected from the venue without a refund.

Can I pay by card at Printworks? Are there ATMs in the venue?

We do not have ATMs at Printworks. You can pay by debit and credit card at all of our bars and food concessions, as well as in cash.

Do I have to pay for Balcony Upgrade passes this year?
We are pleased to be opening our balconies to the public for the majority of shows in our Autumn/Winter Season 2018. There are a couple of selected shows where you will still need to pay for an upgrade, however. This will be specified in that particular show’s listing.
Can I pay for Balcony Pass upgrade on the day?
Balcony Pass Upgrades are only available for certain events. If Balcony Pass upgrades are available for a show, this will be stated in that particular event’s listing page and ticket page. For these particular shows, you can purchase upgrades (if still available) from the Box Office located within the site before the entry lanes.

EVENTS

How will I know if there are changes to an event at Printworks?

Should there be any changes to an event at the venue (such as opening times or artists), we will endeavour to let you know, usually via the email you used to purchase your ticket with – however, this will be down to the promoter of the event and we ultimately take no responsibility for this.

How can I find out the set times for an event?

We’ll have the finalised times displayed on all bars and throughout Printworks on the day of each event. Please note that set times are always subject to change. Set times will be featured on our Printworks App near to the event date.

The event I have bought a ticket for has been cancelled - what do I do? Will I receive a refund?

In the event of a show being cancelled, refunds will be in accordance with the promoter’s T&Cs at their discretion – you will need to contact them and/or your ticket agent.
